I write poetry, some of which I've included here. More can be found in my book, Mis-Steps and Dances.
Recipes
I develop recipes, designed to have lots of flavour, be quick and easy to make, and to yield plenty of portions!
Work

Coaching
I am a fully qualified Leadership and Life coach. My aim (through listening and careful questions) is to help you to work through what is really important to you in life - what you want to do, or become - and to support you as you work out your goals and how to reach for them. The content is what you want - I help with structuring your search.

Personality type
I've become quite interested in the Myers-Briggs model for understanding people and personality. There are some links here to online resources and books I've found useful, with some notes.
